Details on what information the site gathers, how it's used and what it never collects. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

When you request quotes, we collect gender, birth date, self-assessed health, tobacco use, desired benefit, and desired term. This information goes to the carriers' quoting system for rates and is not retained by us. Name, address, phone, and email are never needed to see quotes. If you request the same quote again soon, we serve it from a brief cache instead of bothering the quoting system again.

Applying

When you apply, the answers you provided are passed to pre-fill the secure application on the carriers' platform, where their privacy terms apply. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), processes all applications.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, a subject, and your message. The form sends it directly to the agency; your email is listed as the reply-to address. No record is kept on this site, no email archive is maintained, and message contents are never logged. Your browser runs a brief spam-check before sending.

Measurement

This site measures visits using first-party, cookie-free analytics delivered directly from this domain. No cookies, no client IDs; your IP is partially masked before logging; referring page parameters are removed; logs are cleared after 90 days. Users with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are not tracked at all.

What we do not do

This site does not sell personal data, share visitor information or use ad trackers or external analytics. The carriers' application system on the Apply page is the only outside code, and it only loads if you navigate there.
